A: Customized products have their particularities
Before the customer places an order or after receiving the customer's order, we will fully communicate with the customer on the customization needs of the customer, including the order quantity, the style and color of the umbrella, the size/color/shape/text/image of the special customized logo, etc., we confirm Production will start only after there are no problems, so we can guarantee that the items finally handed over to customers are definitely items that customers confirm and are satisfied with.
Therefore, customized products cannot be returned or exchanged after entering the stocking period.
 
B: Due to customer reasons, such as sending the wrong custom request, or providing the wrong address, etc., no refunds will be returned.
